El presidente venezolano volvió a la carga contra el mandatario colombiano. Sus agresiones verbales fueron hechas en un escenario en el que había varios miembros de la cúpula militar de las Fuerzas Armadas de ese país. “Uribe es un servil instrumento del imperio norteamericano en América Latina”.
